How will my order be shipped?
At GroovyRoost.com we source our awesome collection of products from around the world and depending on the ordered items often dispatch directly from the manufacturer/supplier to save on costs which we pass onto you. This means goods can be sent directly from their warehouse to you and not from our own warehouse here in the UK.
It also means that depending on your shopping cart contents items can be sent separately and possibly in multiple shipment/packages.
Some of our handmade products can only be sent within a specific country and this will be clearly stated on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Arrival times will vary across our product range. Typically orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours but as our groovy products are sent from around the world, you may find delivery can take up to 28 days from receipt of order.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $50 ship absolutely FREE. Orders under $50 have a great value worldwide shipping charge of just $2.95 for all your items.
Depending on your location orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or VAT which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Apple Pay.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and other web browsers, so that only the payment processor can read your personal information. We do not store any credit card details.
Statistically shopping online is safer than face to face purchases as the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by the authorized computer.
